Directions and Parking

Anne Schuster Massage is located at 2049 Sherman Avenue in Norwood. The parking lot is behind the building and is accessible from Walter Avenue.

Anne will be waiting downstairs in the lobby area. If you arrive early and she is not in the lobby, feel free to call or text and let her know you have arrived. If the door is locked, Anne will come let you in when her previous appointment is over. Anne Schuster Massage is on the 1st floor.

Cancelation Policy

A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations less than 24 hrs are subject to partial payments.

If you are “no call no show,” you are required to pay for missed service before scheduling another appointment.

Groupon customers: If you have a groupon and you are “no call no show”, your Groupon is no longer valid. If you cancel less than 24 hr. prior your appointment your Groupon becomes face value only and you are expected to pay the balance of the massage at the time of your next appointment. Note: Groupons are for new clients only, 1 Groupon per customer.

Payment Options

We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards* (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
*Credit Card processing fee: 2.75% will be added

Sales Tax: Massages given in Ohio are subject to 7.00% sales tax.
Medical Massages: Must present a prescription or letter from a medical professional to qualify.

Late Arrival Policy

Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled onsite massage appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, Anne will do her best to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at her discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.

Scope of Practice

As a license massage therapist, Anne Schuster is held to the standards and certification of the Ohio Medical Board, Kentucky Massage board and Associated Bodyworkers and Massage professionals. Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. Anne Schuster Massage does not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor is she permitted to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor’s supervision.

Existing and New Medical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued. The client should inform Anne of any changes in health conditions.
