Chair Massage
Incorporating on-site Chair Massage into your company’s Wellness Plan reduces workplace stress, prevents repetitive strains and treats carpal tunnel syndrome and tendinitis.

The massage therapist will work on sore muscles and joints focusing on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, wrist and hands. A scalp massage may also be included if request. You remain fully clothed. No lotions or crèmes are used. The massage therapist uses a special massage chair. Generally the massage is 15 minutes in length.
